Is the maximum loan amount the lesser of 10M or average wages+health care premiums+retirement benefits+state and local taxes+contractors less than 100K+Rent+utilities+mortgage interest+interest on other debt? OR I saw somewhere else the maximum loan amount was the lesser of 10M or average wages+Health care premiums+retirement benefits+State and local taxes. (so no rent utilities..etc)
