I do alot of handy work , light carpentry, general labor duties, landscaping, painting, moving furniture, roof repairs, gutter maintenance, exterior wood replacement, gutter installation etc etc my customers have been loyal for several years mostly elderly and or handicapped I don't charge alot my gross income is nothing spectacular. Do I still qualify for grant and or loan?

It all depends on how you pay your taxes. If you have a company and you do your work through your company and you pay taxes, then yes you qualify (you'll need to say more about that if you want more advice). However, if you do work for cash and under the table, then you don't qualify.
