I applied for the EIDL on Monday - the short application, replying yes tot he $10,000. Has the application process changed? I haven't heard anything and am wondering if I should reapply?

I applied June 25th I haven't heard anything since then,can we make a follow up using our application #?

I'm applying for the EIDL. The application requires me to list owners of the business with their personal information ... all of them, or only for 20%+ owners?
