For PPP 2.0, on the Average Monthly Payroll Calculation for S Corps, can you add in K1 amounts up to 100K for owners of 20% or more? We own 4 S Corps and receive a small salary on one company (<100K), and only get the K1 Distributions on the others. Thanks!

S-corp distributions are not "payroll". So, it is only W2 wages that qualify under the PPP??

Regarding PPP: Are the payroll costs for those with a salary greater than $100K completely excluded, or are they only covered up to $100K?
