This weekend, I enjoyed reading an article about three popular bars in the Philadelphia region that are shutting down for a week to give their team members a whole paid week off. In Pennsylvania, there is no requirement for paid vacation.
It seems like that these owners recognize that after a long and crazy 16 months, their team members are exhausted and could benefit from a break. It’s also an interesting story when we often hear how tough it is to get new employees.
